Chinese dragons are a symbol of China’s culture and are believed to bring good luck—the longer the dragon is, the more luck it will bring to the community. The dragons are believed to possess qualities that include great power, dignity, fertility, wisdom and auspiciousness. Dancing dragons emerge through the windows floating on air as if dancing through the streets. Paper lanterns adorn the interior of the windows and float out into the mall, representing the lantern festival that the dragon dance takes place during. These dragons are red to represent the excitement for the New Year ahead.
